Espectacular casa de playa con todo el confort que buscas para relajarte y 
disfrutar unos días inolvidables en la playa. Con un estilo antiguo y 
delicado, con el confort que buscas, con amplios espacios para perderse y 
encontrarse durante estas vacaciones en familia o con grupo de amigos. La 
casa  esta dividida en dos alas, por un lado las habitaciones, todas con su 
baño completo y closet.  Sala de tv y juegos. 
 
Del otro lado esta la cocina, living, sala de estar y amplio comedor. En el 
segundo piso se encuentra la habitacion principal con cama king, balcón y la 
magnifica vista del mar.  

 La segunda planta esta solo habilitada para grupo mayores a 8 personas, cuenta con dos habitaciones, la principal con cama king,  baño en suit, balcón con vista al mar. La segunda habitacion con su baño propio y dos camas tipo camarote.

camas singles

 La cocina esta completamente equipada y se cuenta con area de lavandería. 
Afuera hay una terraza muy amplia con sofas, piscina y jacuzzi. Area de bbq 
y bar. Parque, area de juegos. 
 
La propiedad cuenta con un terreno de 2.5 hectarias, y la casa mide 650 
metros. Hay un personal de seguridad que vive en la propiedad, tiene su casa 
a la entrada, como a unos 70 metros de distancia.  

 Cuenta con personal permanente de seguridad y limpieza, que asegura su mayor confort durante su estadía, y por un costo adicional puede tener el servicio de cocina que le incluye la elaboración de 3 comidas al día. El tipo de alimentos depende de los huéspedes que deben ser quienes hacen el supermercado.
