Fantastic location about 20 minutes from Bocas at the entrance to Dolphin Bay off Cristobal Island. It could be the perfect location for a day time restaurant/bar and so much more. Everyone has to pass this way to get to Dolphin Bay. Yet, the island it is still very private.

All built on top of a 15,000-gallon water freshwater cistern with a 1hp pump offering more than 5x's what most properties have.

The entire property is off-grid with 24 solar panels, 24 batteries, and a backup gasoline generator in a lower-level storage room. Above the storage room, there is also a 12 ft x 11 ft guest casita for overflow friends, family, or for possible rental income. 

 The main home is 40 ft by 47 ft with 2 bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, and a larger living space with twin 60" ceiling fans. The main house also has strong WiFi reception. The bedrooms can be closed off and each one has an air conditioner for the warmer months. There is a separate laundry area, a custom concrete surface island in the kitchen island that makes for a great place to gather, and a pass-through window to grill. The entire place is open and airy with high ceilings and lots of light. A breezy screened-in porch is off the side of the house with a grilling area and a great view of Bocas Town. Name brand appliances (Panasonic and Samsung) made for off-grid living convey and are fairly new. The outdoor dockside bar has a Nispero floor (local hardwood) and the other buildings are constructed of treated pine. To further boost the custom feel, there are Canela tree trunk posts in the vaulted living space, cedar open-faced cabinets and, locally built wardrobes.  Last but not least, there is a late model HydraSports 202 dual-console fiberglass American Made boat with Garmin GPS and Yamaha 4 stroke 225 hp engine stored on a new electric boat lift that's included with acceptable offers.
