Scott Thiel
International Director of Active Adult Communities
Rocklin, CA
(888) 408-9111

After serving in the US Coast Guard for 21 years, Scott moved on to building homes for CENTEX HOMES in Southwest Florida in Active Adult Communities. As a Superintendent of Building, he played an integral part in building communities for the 55+ Active Adults as well as maintaining relationships and indoctrinating the newcomers to their exciting new lifestyle. Licensed since 1987 as a Realtor and after taking a 18 year hiatus to serve in the Coast Guard, Scott began his real estate career again in 2006, obtaining his Real Estate Broker’s license in 2010, and purchasing a United Country franchise.

Now Scott has his Real Estate office situated in a location nestled amongst three top Active Adult Communities of Rocklin, Roseville and Lincoln, CA. Two of which are nationally recognized Del Webb Communities featuring Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Clubhouse activities and more.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) Scott is specially qualified to address the real estate needs of those age 55+. He recognizes that a home often is the largest and most precious asset that baby boomers and people 55+ have. Thus bringing a unique approach to each transaction and interaction with clients. Scott not only offers a deep knowledge of real estate and the local and economic issues shaping market trends, but they’re also educated on issues of particular concern to aged 55+ clients.

Scott is an active member of Placer County Association of Realtors, Tahoe Sierra and Nevada County Associations. In the community, Scott serves on the South Placer Rotary Board of Directors and is President-Elect for 2015. Also actively engaged with his Masonic Lodge and Ben Ali Shrine/Shriner’s Hospital for Children.
