Kristen Ross is a Land and Ranch Specialist with United Country AltaTerra Realty in Paris, Texas, serving buyers, sellers, and landowners throughout Northeast Texas and surrounding markets. With more than a decade of real estate experience, Kristen has built her business around an in-depth understanding of land, rural properties, recreational ranches, agricultural assets, luxury country estates, and investment real estate.

Alongside the AltaTerra Premier Team, Kristen has closed more than $82 million in real estate sales, representing everything from large agricultural and recreational tracts to premier ranches, luxury estates, commercial properties, and investment acquisitions.
Kristen understands that selling land requires a different approach than traditional residential real estate. Her experience includes evaluating acreage and comparable land sales, understanding property improvements and agricultural uses, identifying recreational and development potential, and positioning properties to reach qualified land and ranch buyers. She combines local market knowledge with the national marketing reach of United Country to give her sellers exposure well beyond the local marketplace.

Kristen joined AltaTerra Realty & Auction in 2013 after pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing. She has been recognized as a Multi-Million Dollar Producer since her first year in real estate and has continued to expand her expertise throughout Northeast Texas and the surrounding region.
In addition to her land and ranch business, Kristen has extensive experience with luxury residential properties, commercial real estate, VA and military buyers, first-time homebuyers, and exclusive seller representation. She also provides property evaluations and market analysis for landowners considering the sale of their property.
